Delta One cabin upgrades debut this fall from Los Angeles
Delta Air Lines is launching an enhanced Delta One business-class experience this fall, starting with upgraded dining, new wines, and Missoni amenity kits on transoceanic flights from Los Angeles. A full suite of new cocktails and next-generation seats will follow by 2027.

Delta is launching enhanced dining and amenities on transoceanic flights from Los Angeles this fall. The airline unveiled a comprehensive refresh of its Delta One business-class offering, featuring a new menu, expanded wine program, and upgraded amenities, with a full global rollout planned for early 2027.
Delta's fully reimagined experience is rooted in solving real customer needs and desires, with intentionality behind every detail, said Ranjan Goswami, Delta’s chief marketing and product officer. The changes begin this fall on long-haul routes departing Los Angeles International Airport. Passengers will find a hot towel, warm nuts, and their preferred drink waiting at their seat after boarding during a new 'sip and settle moment.'
The upgraded menu features raised classics. Pre-select options can now be chosen up to 18 hours before departure, an expansion from 24 hours, and include new gluten-free and lighter fare choices.
A new wine program developed with Master Sommelier Andrea Robinson includes 13 wines from 11 partners, featuring prominent Napa producers like Silver Oak, a bottle that typically retails for over $200. Champagne Taittinger is now poured on domestic Delta One flights. From December 1, Delta will become the first and so far only airline to serve Blanton’s single-barrel bourbon on board. On flights to and from Tokyo-Haneda starting November 3, DASSAI 45 sake will be available. New cocktails and mocktails are scheduled to launch in March 2027 on international routes and in April on domestic flights.
New Delta One suites arrive on A350s and retrofitted aircraft
Delta will introduce next-generation Delta One suites on its new Airbus A350-1000s in early 2027, with retrofits planned for older A330s. The new suites are slated to debut on incoming Airbus A350-1000 deliveries early next year. Older A330-200 and A330-300 aircraft will also receive the upgraded suites as part of a retrofit program in the coming years. This hospitality revamp coincides with the arrival of these new business-class seats on certain long-haul aircraft.
Fleet and service enhancements support premium experience
Delta expands hybrid Porsche tarmac transfers and maintains existing Delta One hard product while upgrading service elements. The airline is growing its fleet of hybrid Porsche vehicles used for VIP Select tarmac transfers from 40 to 70 across 15 airports by 2028. Every investment we make is deliberate and designed to deliver the industry’s most premium end-to-end travel experience, Goswami stated.
While service elements are being upgraded, Delta's hard product-the seats themselves-remains unchanged on many long-haul routes. This includes the Boeing 767-300 cabins, which have no announced retrofit plans. Other service tweaks include fresh-cracked pepper with the first course, sauces served on the side, and new tableware stamped with Delta’s logo. On overnight flights, passengers can opt to skip breakfast and receive just coffee and a croissant before landing.
New Winter Elsewhere collection Missoni amenity kits launch November 3. They contain Grown Alchemist skincare and a Marvis dental kit, and come with a wrist strap. Delta One flyers will also receive a second Missoni cuddle pillow. Bombas socks with a 'Fly Delta Jets' stamp are returning on select Delta One flights from the U.S. A dessert cart will feature a build-your-own ice cream sundae with new chocolate sauce, Amarena cherries, and a doughnut garnish.
Delta's fall 2024 menu and amenity rollout begins on transoceanic flights from Los Angeles.
