Singapore Airlines will launch its new SIA Chefs' Selection dining experience in November 2026. The refresh introduces over 100 new and refreshed dishes alongside redesigned tableware from French luxury brand Christofle, featuring the airline's signature batik motif.

This initiative is part of a broader investment in the end-to-end travel experience. It coincides with the debut of the airline's next-generation cabins on refurbished A350s, with factory-fresh Boeing 777X aircraft to follow. The dining enhancements resulted from collaboration between the airline's in-house chefs, guest chefs, and catering partners.

Premium cabin menu details

The refreshed menu introduces more than 100 new and refreshed dishes across Suites, First Class, and Business Class. The existing 'Book the Cook' pre-order service will offer a more extensive choice. New dishes blend modern interpretations with classic flavors.

Certain dishes, like tandoor roasted paneer with accompaniments, are available across all cabin classes with differing interpretations. The airline continues to offer dishes by Guest Chefs, such as Monica Galetti on flights from the UK.

Tableware and service enhancements

New Christofle tableware features distinct batik motifs for each premium cabin. First Class tableware uses a delicate silver-grey motif, while Business Class features a bolder bronze-gold design. The refresh also includes upgraded spirits and wines.

First Class passengers gain access to an exclusive blend from Japan's Komoro distillery. Business Class spirits include Roku Botanical Kasane Edition gin, Bowmore 19 Year Old Pinot Noir Cask Finish single-malt Scotch whisky, and Danzka Forty vodka. Wine selections feature premium French labels like Château Ducru-Beaucaillou and Krug Grande Cuvée in First Class. Premium Economy gains access to Champagne Victoire.

Cabin refresh context

This dining refresh is part of Singapore Airlines' first major cabin modernization in almost a decade, following the 2017 A380 refurbishment. Yeoh Phee Teik, the airline's Senior Vice President of Customer Experience, said the review of every aspect of in-flight dining was guided by customer feedback, evolving preferences, and emerging trends. The airline is using the arrival of its new business and First Class cabins to re-imagine its onboard service.

The airline will reveal its next-generation cabins in November, starting with refurbished A350s before rolling out to new Boeing 777X aircraft.
